Attention: Sterflat Maintenance 2026


Update Juli 2026:
The renovation work on the façade components, concrete structure, and masonry joints has been completed. Painting work will continue on the gallery side (land side) until the end of September and these works are not taking place on the balcony side (sea side).

The final phase of the Sterflat maintenance is progressing smoothly, and any inconvenience is expected to be limited. The painting work is being completed floor by floor, and at certain times windows and doors may need to be left open temporarily.

If necessary, Rentals Egmond will take appropriate measures.

Holiday Apartments with Sea View: Sterflat


The "Sterflat" apartment building is located on the Egmond aan Zee Boulevard. We rent out several holiday apartments on each floor, all with sea views. Each apartment has its own unique look and feel, and there are various sizes and types in terms of comfort, appearance, and price point. This apartment building has both an elevator and a staircase.

Most apartments have their own private parking garage underneath the building (access dimensions: 2.30 meters wide and at least 1.97 meters high). For some apartments, you will receive a parking permit for the village of Egmond aan Zee during the paid parking period. Charging an electric vehicle in the garage is unfortunately not permitted.

You are welcome to stay for a minimum of three nights, and we offer various seasonal rates. During the summer season, depending on your chosen accommodation, you can only book full weeks with arrival on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.

We recommend that you always participate in the Cancellation Fund when booking.
