In February 2026, the living room, kitchen and bedroom were fully renovated, giving the apartment a fresh, modern and well-maintained appearance. The interior is tastefully decorated in a maritime style, with subtle nautical details creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Suitable for 2 to 3 guests, the apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. In the bedroom, a luxury ceiling fan provides pleasant cooling during warm summer nights.

    Fijne flat! Voor ons was het voor het eerst op een flat na jaren van kamperen in tent, vouwwagen, caravan en camper! Flat was ruim genoeg voor twee personen en alles zag er zeer goed uit! We hebben goed geslapen en vooral genoten van het uitzicht op de zee. Alles was perfect geregeld met de aankomst en de sleutels. Heel fijn dat we onderin de flat een eigen garage hadden.

    Sterflat 65 ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fast alles (außer einer Mikrowelle) ist vorhanden, was für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Es sollte allerdings noch ein Windhaken für die Terrassentür vom Wohnzimmer ab montiert werden...

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und alles sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man für ein Par Tage braucht! Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar!

    Wunderschöne Wohnung , müsste aber mehr gepflegt werden, Farbe Küche blättert ab , Trockner wurde Fusselsieb nicht gereinigt, Badematte fehlt, da im Winter Fußboden sehr kalt , anstatt Schrank wäre eine Handtuchheizung sinnvoller , da es im Winter im Bad viel zu kalt ist ohne Heizuing , Eierkocher nicht nutzbar da total verbrannt innen

    Die Wohnung ist, sehr schön, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich habe nichts vermisst. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht, mit dem direkten Meerblick.

    Wir haben bereits zum dritten mal eine Unterkunft bei Egmond Rentals gebucht. Wir lieben den unkomplizierten Ablauf und die tolle Lage der Unterkünfte. Diese sind auch stets toll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man braucht.

    Es war eine schöne grosse geräumige Wohnung. Der Balkon direkt am Wasser hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Außer den Toaster sollte man mal erneuern. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmacklich eingerichtet. Vorallem das wir eine Garage hatten, die war goldwert zwar etwas eng aber mein Q3 passte rein..

Attention: Sterflat Maintenance 2026


Update Juli 2026:
The renovation work on the façade components, concrete structure, and masonry joints has been completed. Painting work will continue on the gallery side (land side) until the end of September and these works are not taking place on the balcony side (sea side).

The final phase of the Sterflat maintenance is progressing smoothly, and any inconvenience is expected to be limited. The painting work is being completed floor by floor, and at certain times windows and doors may need to be left open temporarily.

If necessary, Rentals Egmond will take appropriate measures.
