    Die Lage zum Ort und Strand. Einfache Handhabung der Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Büro bei Anliegen gut zu erreichen. Die Möglichkeit, einen gesicherten Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu haben, in der auch 2 Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Zwei grosse Gefrierfächer vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Einfache Müllentsorgung vor dem Haus. Stabiles Internet/viele deutsche Fernsehsender. Freundliche Bewohner im Haus.

    Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten die Schlüssel nicht bis 10:00 Uhr abgegeben da wir bis 12:00 Uhr die Garage nutzen durften. Haben dann einen Anruf von einer netten Dame bekommen die nachgefragt hatte. War dann kein Problem. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, danke dafür.

Attention: Sterflat Maintenance 2026


Update Juli 2026:
The renovation work on the façade components, concrete structure, and masonry joints has been completed. Painting work will continue on the gallery side (land side) until the end of September and these works are not taking place on the balcony side (sea side).

The final phase of the Sterflat maintenance is progressing smoothly, and any inconvenience is expected to be limited. The painting work is being completed floor by floor, and at certain times windows and doors may need to be left open temporarily.

If necessary, Rentals Egmond will take appropriate measures.
