This summer house is located behind the owner's house at van Speijkstraat 24 in Egmond aan Zee. It is a summer house with its own entrance and a terrace with sun canopy in the garden where you can enjoy the sun. Behind the house there are parking spaces for which you will receive a permit (during the paid parking season).
Your bicycles can be safely parked in the garden
The house consists of 2 floors and is comfortably furnished. Simple and practical and everything is in excellent condition.
The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor which can be reached via a staircase.
Bed linen is always included and there are 4 dune maps available.
