Zon & Duin (House 4) is located on the beautiful, luxurious, small-scale recreation park "Duinpark Egmond": a wonderful place for your holiday, all year round.
Enjoy the sun on the lounge sofa on the terrace, or read a book in the shade. Warm up by the fireplace, inside or outside, or relax in the (one-person) private sauna, while the children sleep well in the rooms with blackout curtains. From the house you can walk straight into the dune area of Egmond. Around the terrace are dunes with beach grass and dune rose so that you can sit freely and enjoy the view of the dune lake and the mill.
You only have to walk two minutes for fresh bread from the bakery. There you will also find a butcher, fishmonger, cheesemonger and a supermarket. You do not need your car at this car-free park, where you can park two cars for free in the communal parking lot. The park also has a lawn and some playground equipment.
In the storage room you will find two bicycles for wonderful bike rides or to cycle to the beach in 10 minutes. A colorful cart for the little ones is of course a must.
