Apartment 87 on the third floor in the Sterflat in Egmond aan Zee. It is located on the southwest side of the Sterflat.

The apartment is luxurious, modern and comfortably furnished and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.

The apartment has light and modern colours and is fully equipped so that you will not lack anything during your stay.

The balcony has garden furniture which invites you to enjoy the sun, a view of the sea, watching the bathers walking by and of course for a snack and a drink.

In this apartment you can of course use wireless internet for free and there is also a safe storage facility for any bicycles you may have brought with you.

This accommodation has a private garage (entrance 2.30 m wide and 1.97 m high), it is not permitted to charge an electric vehicle or bicycle in the garage.

    Dat we uitzicht hadden over de boulevard en de zee. Op de boulevard was de start/finish van de halve marathon van Egmond aan Zee, dus kort bij, ideaal dus.

    Wie immer schöne Appments. Noch stimmt mit der Aussicht das Preisleistungs Verhältnis. Immer gute Bereitschaft wenn mal was ist. Erstmalig die Möglichkeit das App. Um 12.00 zu verlassen. Sehr gut,,, Sind im September wieder da,,,

    We hebben voor de 3de keer genoten van deze prachtige locatie. Het uitzicht op zee is fantastisch, met mooi weer maar ook met slechter weer. Het appartement is comfortabel en heeft fijne meubels en goede bedden.

    Wir sind früher abgefahren, da das Wetter doch sehr schlecht geworden war. Wir wären sehr gerne bis zum Schluss geblieben. Die Organisation der Buchung , Schlüsselübergabe und alles andere ist ganz hervorragend gelaufen. Weiter so

    Die Aussicht der Wohnung war großartig!! Die Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein finde ich sehr freundlich! Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die gute und übersichtliche Information über Emails und auch in der Mappe vor Ort.

    Wir waren etwa zum 9ten mal in dieser Wohnung. Weil sie uns so gut gefällt. Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe sind einfach und zu jederzeit möglich. Kein Zeitdruck bei der Anreise. Und dan ist es wie ein nach Hause kommen. Sollte mal ein Problem auftreten oder sich eine Frage ergeben habe ich die Möglichkeit jemanden persönlich anzusprechen. Und ansonsten werden wir in Ruhe gelassen. Für diesen Service auch rund um das Haus vielen Dank. 10+

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem die Betten. Natürlich auch der direkte Blick aufs Meer. Die beiden Drehbaren Ledersessel vor dem Fenster, wunderbar..

Attention: Sterflat Maintenance 2026


Update Juli 2026:
The renovation work on the façade components, concrete structure, and masonry joints has been completed. Painting work will continue on the gallery side (land side) until the end of September and these works are not taking place on the balcony side (sea side).

The final phase of the Sterflat maintenance is progressing smoothly, and any inconvenience is expected to be limited. The painting work is being completed floor by floor, and at certain times windows and doors may need to be left open temporarily.

If necessary, Rentals Egmond will take appropriate measures.
