The balcony has garden furniture which invites you to enjoy the sun, a view of the sea, watching the bathers walking by and of course for a snack and a drink.

In this apartment you can of course use wireless internet for free and there is also a safe storage facility for any bicycles you may bring.

This accommodation has a private garage (entrance 2.30 m wide and 1.97 m high), it is not permitted to charge an electric vehicle or bicycle in the garage.

    Die Lage und der Ausblick perfekt.

    Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem separaten Gefrierschrank. Der Backofen ist gleichzeitig eine Mikrowelle und selbst der Toaster hat einen Brötchenaufsatz. Auch im Bad ist alles vorhanden, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts recht hohe Außentemperaturen hatten, befürchteten wir zunächst, dass es in der Dachgeschosswohnung zu warm werden könnte. Diese Sorge war jedoch völlig unbegründet. Da der Balkon – und damit auch die Fenster und die Balkontür – überwiegend im Schatten liegen und im 10. Stock zudem fast ständig ein angenehmer Wind wehte, war das Raumklima sehr angenehm. Die Garage im Keller war groß genug für unseren Hyundai i30 Kombi. Sogar zwei Fahrräder hätten noch problemlos dahinter Platz gefunden. Wir haben unsere Fahrräder jedoch in einer separaten Fahrradgarage abgestellt, die von Rentals zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Mitarbeiter von Rentals sind ohnehin absolut spitze. Das konnten wir bereits mehrfach feststellen, da wir schon verschiedene Wohnungen über Rentals gebucht haben. Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert und geholfen. Besser geht es wirklich nicht!

Attention: Sterflat Maintenance 2026


Update Juli 2026:
The renovation work on the façade components, concrete structure, and masonry joints has been completed. Painting work will continue on the gallery side (land side) until the end of September and these works are not taking place on the balcony side (sea side).

The final phase of the Sterflat maintenance is progressing smoothly, and any inconvenience is expected to be limited. The painting work is being completed floor by floor, and at certain times windows and doors may need to be left open temporarily.

If necessary, Rentals Egmond will take appropriate measures.
