The apartment was completely newly built in 2026 and features a modern finish with luxury materials such as low-maintenance PVC flooring and high-quality SPC walls. The atmospheric photo wall of Egmond gives the room a unique look with a nod to the beach, sea, and village.
On the ground floor, enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in the spacious 180x200 cm box spring bed, naturally made up upon arrival and equipped with extra decorative pillows and a comfortable throw for a warm, luxurious atmosphere. On the 1st floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140x200 box spring. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe.
The modern bathroom features a spacious rain shower, a sink with a drawer, and space to hang towels. Thanks to the private boiler, air conditioning, and separate extraction system, you will enjoy extra comfort and privacy during your stay. The second bedroom also has its own air conditioning. The living room/kitchen is practically furnished with a four-person dining table and a kitchen (gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), ideal for both a relaxing weekend by the sea and a longer stay.
