Cleaning Guarantee

Rentals Egmond provides a cleaning guarantee!

The accommodation has been cleaned and inspected for defects prior to your arrival. Should you find anything not in order, please contact us immediately.

House Rules

We trust that everyone will use the accommodation neatly and responsibly!

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the accommodation.
  • Please use energy (heating, gas, water, and electricity) sparingly.
  • Treat the property with care; return any moved furniture and/or inventory to its original place upon departure.
  • Please limit (noise) nuisance and note that parties are not allowed.
  • The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons agreed upon during booking. Visitors must be reported.
  • Keep the accommodation as clean as possible. Before entering the building or accommodation, clean shoes and clothing of sand and dirt.
  • Two sets of keys are provided; handle them carefully and report any loss as soon as possible. Replacement costs will be charged. Always take a key with you when leaving and ensure no key is left inside the door, as lockouts can result in significant costs.
  • In case of strong winds, please secure or temporarily store balcony/garden furniture indoors.
  • Any damage not caused by normal use or wear and tear will incur repair and/or replacement costs.
  • Defects and/or complaints must be reported, and the tenant must allow Rentals Egmond the opportunity to repair, resolve, or compensate shortcomings.
  • Rentals Egmond cannot be held responsible for (noise) nuisance from neighboring accommodations and/or buildings, such as construction work.
  • Malfunctions and defects in building installations are reported to the building manager; Rentals Egmond is not liable for the consequences of such incidents.
  • Where necessary, Rentals Egmond reserves the right of access to the accommodation at all times; no permission is required.
  • Please observe the house rules of the (apartment) building.

On the Day of Departure, We Kindly Ask You to:

Return the keys to our office at Boulevard 4-E. If the office is closed, please place the keys in the mailbox there.

  • Leave the accommodation before 10:00 am, tidy and swept clean.
  • Remove rented bed linen and place it together with towels in the bathroom.
  • Empty the dishwasher and return pots, pans, and crockery clean to their places.
  • Completely empty the fridge and freezer and set them to the lowest setting.
  • Empty all bins and dispose of the waste.
  • Close all windows, switch off the lights, and set the heating to 15 °C / * (frost protection).
